Insurances

Pathways to Wellness accepts all commercial insurances, Medicare, and private pay patients. We also have contracts with Alameda County and Contra Costa County. Alameda County and Contra Costa County Medi-Cal beneficiary referrals come directly through each County’s ACCESS Department. Pathways to Wellness must obtain an authorization from ACCESS in order to provide any services to  Medi-cal beneficiaries.
